I have an older phone that is a Samsung galaxy note ll and it will only stay connected to Wi-Fi for like half a minute and its not my WIFI its with all Wi-Fi. I've tried factory resetting, still doesn't work, i've tried clearing cached data and that don't won't! When it first connects to wifi something called connections optimizer pops up and says website no reachable or something similar?
