I just got a new macbook and i cannot connect my galaxy s2x to it to transfer files. I tried to use samsung kies but the computer still will not recognize my device. When i try to initialize my phone on kies I can punch in my phone model number, then it asks for the S/N number but for some reason every time i enter it, it tells me the number is wrong. How can i enable my macbook to recognize my phone?
