Applications for writing over a power point presentation in a Samsung tablet with SPen?

Most of my professor in university use slides for their presentation. They all recommend printing off the slides and writing some notes on them during class to have all our information in one place when studying. The problem is that printing all the slides for every class would use up a lot of paper, and money, and now that I have a tablet I would like to be able to write over the notes. I tried using Polaris office, but is not very sensitive to the SPen and the handwriting looks like crap. I though of taking screen shots ad writing over them, but they consume more memory and they are much more difficult to organize afterwards.

If you know of any apps (the cheaper the better) that would allow me to write over the slides and pdf's, please tell me in the answer section.
