galaxy tab a screen flashes off and on itself and won't turn on when I turn it on. It's powered up, but the screen itself won't turn on. It locks itself and then the screen won't turn back on. It ll flash on here and there. I've reset it twice and tried safe mode and it's doing the same thing.
