So there's this app called letgo. You meet up with people and buy stuff from them and all that. I decided to buy a samsung galaxy s8. This guy listed the phone as brand new. We met up and I bought the phone. A couple days later Tmobile said they can't activate the phone because it is blacklisted. Isn't this illegal? I even contacted letgo. They said they have my chat and the information of the guy. All the proof lies there. And the authorities would know that the phone I have is the phone he sold me because he sent me the imei of the phone. I would like to contact authorities but where do I begin? Like who do I call? Where do I go? Somebody please help me. I really need my money back. This guy sold me a blacklisted phone calling it brand new.
