I got a brand new galaxy express prime Samsung a month ago.
I recently left it in my bag, which isn't handled very carefully. When I took it out, the screen wasn't broken. The phone looked fine. When I tried to turn it on, it showed me a flash of a white blob.
The blob had no exact shape, it was abstract. I couldn t see much exactly because this screen only came on for a split second, like a flicker, but only once.
The blob only shows up on the left side of the screen.
Every time I press the power button twice, it appears.
Over time, I found out that the blob moves and changes shape. By the end of the day, it's a different blob.
The alarm which I previously set on the phone still works so I suspect that this is a display problem.
I tried a soft reset and a hard reset. I tried taking the battery out. I tried opening the phone to see what's up on the inside, but I can't get the screws out. I tried plugging it into the computer, but it doesn't show up.
The LED light isn't blinking. No light blinks for that matter.
Now, after two day of not touching it, it doesn't even show the blob anymore. I think it might be dead but it doesn't charge.
I wouldn t have a big problem with it if I didn't need it but I need the pictures I took on this phone.
Please help, Thanks!
