I think my phone has a virus?

I downloaded a game for my little girl using google play. And since then my phone wont load facebook all the time. My lg then wanted to play don't forget the lyrics which I said I would load for her (so glad I did!) when I pressed enter it then redirected me to a different page of very rude images. Then a message popped up saying loadprotectgovsecuritynation…

it wont let me off that page. I have tried to clear my cache and cookies but it still hasn't worked.
I cant factory restore my phone as I haven't got a clue how to save my pictures to my sd card (again tried haven't got a clue how to)
I have a Samsung galaxy neo and I thought my phone was protected from viruses:/
any help would be greatly appreciated.
