Verizon Samsung Galaxy S5 Data Activation Problem?


Hi all. I recently purchased a new Verizon Samsung Galaxy S5 online. I tried activating the new phone myself through Verizon s website. The phone activated and was able to call and text, but the data connection wold not activate. The data connection actually worked very briefly when I would restart the phone, but would disconnect after about 30 seconds of use. I checked the device status in the phone settings and it says"Mobile Network State: Disconnected. Cellular data was on in settings, airplane mode was not on, SIM card was properly installed, but it still would not receive any data connection. I reactivated my old phone (an iPhone) and the data works fine. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
