I have 2 issues. When I received the tablet (Samsung galaxy tab A 6), it was on safe mode. I have attempted to turn it off but it won't even after resetting and restarting. The volume down button doesn't work so maybe thats why? I can press it, doesn't feel stuck but there's no reaction to pressing it. Secondly every app I try to download loads to completion and it says it is installed yet I can't find the apps. Not on the home screen and not in the apps folder, there isn't an "open" option in the store just "uninstall". I don't know what else to do, factory rest doesn't fix it.
