Can we use our mobile (Samsung galaxy s3) for recording high quality vocals for home music studio?

I am not rich to buy an expensive microphone, so what if I use my mobile? How much difference are in the recording quality of my mobile and the professional microphone? And finally is there a way that I directly connect my mobile to my computer so that I record directly to my adobe audition software? If not the how to adjust my recorded vocals with the tempo of the adobe audition.
