How to move apps to my SD card? - 1

Hi!
I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 running Android 5.0.1. It has a system memory of 16 GB (~21 MB available) and an SD card with 32 GB (~17 GB available). I have been getting a lot of notifications because my storage space is low, and I cannot take pictures anymore.

I moved all of my pics, videos, and media to the SD card previously, but want to move several large apps to the SD card in order to free up space (GTA San Andreas & Goat Simulator each take up nearly 1GB of data and storage space).

When I go to the app info page of each app there is a button that says "move to SD card", but when I press it, I get a message which says " unable to move app, not enough storage space" but obviously I have plenty of space on the card.

How do I get around this to free up space without having to delete my apps?
