My phone is Samsung Galaxy S4
Added (1). Whenever I go to the app manager, it will load forever to compute cache. Whenever I uninstall, I have to restart to see the app uninstalled. I can't install any new apps and I tried re-inserting the storage and sd card and battery.
Added (2). Also, some updates may get updated, others will say insufficient space even though I have 600+MB left.
