Can anyone please Explain, some of the Problems I have with the Big Bang?

Problems with Big Bang
1. The Flatness Problem
2. The Horizon Problem
3. The Monopole Problem

Understandable the above problems have been explained by The inflationary Big Bang Theory.

But this doesn't explain the trigger on how inflation was turned on, and how to slow the expansion rate down to the appropriate speed rate, that inflation doesn't expand out of control, if the earths position is a huge distance away from the sun or too close, life would simply not have the correct conditions to Evolve.

The singularity Problem
A. The existence of a singularity?
B. A Breakdown of known physics at that level.
C. Does not Explain the cause of the universe.

The Baryon number problem
Where is all Antimatter?

Distant Mature Galaxies
The existence of Fully formed mature galaxies as you look deep into the outer edge of the universe, it's a surprise from a big bang perspective.

Population 3 stars
The big bang cannot produce elements heavier than lithium. So the first star would have been (Population 3) these stars don't have any heavier elements, but all known stars have heavier elements in them, why?
Were are the Population 3 stars?

These are just some problems I have, before you answer please note, that I am trying to find evidence that supports this Theory, if true then I'll consider to change my world view on this Topic.
