I've had my Samsung Galaxy Pro J7 for about two years now. Lately I've had horrible issues with storage- I can even dowload the latest update of my one game on my phone. In order to update it last time, I deleted nearly all my apps save for a few. Yet It has hardly made a difference. In fact the storage is worse than it's ever been. I clear my cache several timesa day- I have to or the phone won't let me use apps, it ll say Google Play services have stopped working. I have an SD card and have moved all the apps I can to it. I've also cleared the cache of all my apps often. I don teven receive text messages due to storage issues. The storage breakdown makes no sense either. The phone has 16GB with 2GB RAM. I only have 280MB pictures, 1.32 GB Apps, 6.99MB audio and nothing else.
