So, I bought a Galaxy S7 from letgo, and i didn't realize it was a locked device from boost mobile. I wanted to use it for t-mobile because my previous phone is almost rendered useless at this point. I called boost mobile, they couldn't help me, and told me to call Samsung. Samsung didn't help either, and they told me to call the parent of boost - sprint. Sprint told me the phone is eligible to unlock my phone, but i need the account holder to call and unlock it for me. Thing is, i tried contacting him and he won't respond.
