My phone has been running at a snail's place for the last months. I got it running faster for a few 2 weeks ago when I called technical support and actually got to speak to someone. I've been trying to call tech support the past few days and not able to speak to anyone, an operator tries to walk me through it and it doesn't help any. I've cleared the cache. I've gone to settings and held the build number down and turned it to 2x or whatever # they said turn it to. It didn't work. Took it to boost last night and they got it running by removing apps I didn't use. It was working faster until I got home just an hour later. Anyone know of any tips for helpikg a Samsung galaxy J3 emergence internet and YouTube run faster?
