I've done all troubleshooting steps on snapchat support, I've even contacted Samsung. No one can help… I've uninstalled, created a whole new account, and followed all walkthroughs on snapchat support. I can save a snap, even a video to the camera roll but if its a story with both videos and pictures it WILL NOT SAVE. This is important because I run an IG Page and I can't post there if this function doesn't work.
