When I turn on my Samsung Galaxy tablet, I will usually sandy display with static pixels glowing red, blue, and green. If I the display off and on then it may eventually return to displaying as normal, but either way the touch screen is unaffected and it's not damaged. I've tried a factory reset, but that didn't work. Any suggestions?
