I've been taking a break from films and television shows recently as I'm not sure binge-watching is too healthy, and been doing more comic book reading instead.
18 months ago I bought myself a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 and loaded the comic app comicat onto it, as well as getting an annual subscription for Marvel Unlimited (which ran out and hasn't been renewed yet).
The screen is perfect and better than my previous tablet. Over the last five years I've read stuff like Preacher, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comics, Ultimate Spider-Man, Bendis, Y The Last man, Fables and Brubaker's Daredevil, various Batman comics on it. Since Sunday night I have finishes series called Nailbiter (horror comics where sixteen serial killers mysteriously come from the same town) and Irredeemable (a series about a superhero gone rogue, sort of like a take on 'what would happen if Superman went mental?' type thing), and making my way through Revival, which is about a town where people have come back to life.
Any of you guys into comic books nah?
Added (1). * That should say 'Bendis and Brubaker's Daredevil' above, I accidentally separated them between Y The Last Man and Fables.
Added (2). Forgot I have read Locke and Key as well, as well as about the first 19 volumes of Invincible. Great books.
Added (3). How could I forget the Walking Dead as well? Read the first 24 volumes of it then stopped for some reason.
