The letter 'U' fell out in December, I saw when it happened so put it back in but then it kept falling out; it looked odd with it not being there so I glued it back in. Then a few days ago the 'G' letter fell out; I don't know when/where it happened but it's gone. It seems as if it's a design fault and/or they didn't use a strong enough glue.
I have contacted Samsung on the phone & they've said I should take it to a Samsung shop & they will deal with it for free because it's covered by the 24 month warranty; when at the shop I was told if it had been a scratch they would do it for free but as it's the letters they want to charge me £40 for it. It seems like the people in the shop only want to make money & don't see it as a "design fault"; I had the guy try to make out it was my fault as I didn't use a cover but he doesn't know that I've had a Samsung phone before for almost 5 years & no problems.
