I want to start using the Stories Highlights feature on Instagram but I don't even have it. So I figured I needed to update the app. I went to the Google Play store but there was no option to update, it just said open or uninstall. I uninstalled it thinking I could reinstall and then it would let me update it but when I uninstalled it, it was still on my phone. Then I realized my phone came with Instagram already installed so I can't uninstall it. I have a Galaxy S7. After I hit uninstall on the play store and the app was still on my phone, then the play store said I could either open or update it. But when I hit update it doesn't do anything, the app is still the same. I still don't have the option to archive stories or add them as highlights on my profile. Any help would be appreciated, sorry of this is confusing!
