It's my birthday in early April, and my mum has said I'm allowed a new phone. It'll definitely be a Samsung Galaxy S6 or higher. My mum has said that because of the expense to repair the screens of an S6 Edge/S7 Edge/S8, it would have to be an S6 or S7 with the bezels. I've tried to persuade her to let me have an Edge, we can get one for the same price, but she won't budge. Does anyone know how I can convince her to let me have an Edge, and how I can prove my responsibility and that I won't smash it? I've never smashed a phone before, I've only ever scuffed a £50 one when I fell. My current phone only has a few tiny scratches, but that's expected as it's an iPhone, and they have terrible screens. I've said I would always have a case on, and would pay for many necessary repairs myself (not that there would be any), but she just feels I'm too clumsy (I'm a very clumsy person). Does anyone have any tips on how I can convince my mum? Thanks.
