I bought a phone from swappa, an online phone retailer that matches buyers with sellers. The seller was great, had good reviews, I bought the phone and sure enough there was a problem with the phone reading a new sim card when I toom it to the store. I contacted ther selelr and they said they would give me a full refund. They said to please make sure all googles accounts were disabled. I decided to just factory reset the phone. However, I did this before taking off my google account. I can't use this phone now until i sign back in with the account, This would not be a problem except that I can't log back in even with the correct email and password, it just won't let me and says there's an unknown error and to try again in 24 hours. I have done this three times. Should i just tlel the seller that this is what's going on and see what they say? The seller did tell me that this phone apparently is under warranty still. I could try and send it in to Samsung I guess, phone seems to be great besides can't read sim card.
