I woke up this morning and my kid was playing on the phone, "hes 4" he deleted a bunch of contacts and texts, the contacts i think i got all of them back, but the text i don't know how to get back, i had text with numbers and pictures of my brothers new twins and id really like to be able to get them back if i can, someone told me to root my phone but i don't know what that is or how to do it, i don't think i have my phone backed up, its a samsung j3 or something like that its one of the smart phone things with a touch screen, i don't know much about phones but if someone can point me in the right direction i can figure out how to do it.
