I recently brought a Samsung s8+ of gumtree and the deal was great. I asked for a receipt which he said was at his house and now trying to contact him and he is hanging up my calls. Which obviously he never had. I d like to get some sort of insurance policy on my phone as its quite high value but due to this guy not giving me my receipt what can I do? Please help.
