Hello. I have recently tried to root my phone (for photo recovery purposes via disk digger) through the app One Click Root. Eventually, I didn't go through it. I only got to the part where you download One Click Root and it checked if the phone was ready to be rooted, but that's it. Later, I checked my phone contacts but they were all gone! And so were my photos (I have a backup in the PC but still…)
So, did this happen because One Click Root is from "unknown sources", or does it not have to do anything with it? Any help is appreciated. Thank you for all answers.
