I get confused with the note 8 trade in program for Verizon and Samsung. People who had the note 7 previously can trade in your current phone and get a credit to your phone but if you were like most people you had to downgrade too the S7 edge when the note 7 was recalled. Now you are stuck with your phone having a balance due of 495 dollars. So you basically end up paying full price for the phone. Is this a joke? How do neither one of these companies know that this was going to happen?
