i installed dr,fone on my pc, plugged my phone, in the process of the recover my phone restarted but it was blocked at the start (stopped at the samsung logo) , i didn't realize what i done and restarted it, but it was the same, at that moment i knew i lost loads of my recent photos and other stuff, i remember some days ago a notifcations saying that the data could not be backed up in the cloud and i ignored it… How often does the cloud backup your data? Anyway, i searched a way how to reinstall android and the sammobile download servers are in maintenance for a few days and i'm feeling like everything is against me right now. If i'm gonna do this, and some update thing as the android geek forum sayd, will my phone be as brand new? Will the phone update on its own? Will it update to android 8.0 without my assistance? OR do i need to bring it to a phone service or some kind, i never been there with any phone… Will they get my phone as brand new? Thanks for reading my question, i really do need help fast because i can't get my sim card to my old samsung s5 because its too small and yeah,, thanks a lot guys.
