. I wanted to retrieve a deleted audio on my samsung s7 edge so i found this thing called dr.fone,. Pluged my phone with the usb in the pc and began the process, at 80 precent phone restarted but could not start, the samsung logo was shinying and that was that, it was friday night, and at the weekend i couldnt get in the town to go to a repair shop or something to ask some questions because i don't live near the city. 2 days after i found out that i can do a factory reset, wich was nice because i forgot about it, after i got all the apps, photos and everything back (thank you samsung cloud). After that i wanted to try the knox app, entered it and it sayed something like i can't use it because it was rooted, samsung pass says the same thing, i always have a notifcation that says "unathorized actions have been detected.restart your device to undo any unathorized changes", restarted it several times but didn't work. AND the phone performance got wack. On antutu before i had a score around 135000 and now i have around 90000. , the baterryy is not good either, before it was consuming 13.4 precent in a hour and now it consumes 18 precent in a hour. How badly i damaged my device and can i get it back to normal? Maybe if i get it to a repair shop they can do something? I have never been to one. Thanks a lot.
