This incompatibility (explained by Best Buy Samsung tech) started the destruction of this phone. Now Samsung keeps sending marketing tools to my phone calling them updates, I was just typing an important text and an update just took over my phone, wiped out the text and forced me out of text mode. The phone was great now it s a piece of crap!
