I'm in an Army job in a sort of secretive place where i spend round 14-15 hours a day (but has tons of free time in those hours) and I thought of studying programming there, but the thing is, I'm not allowed to use any sort of PC laptop or tablet in there.
What could be my alternatives? (Phones are allowed in but obviously programming in galaxy s4 is nearly impossible.
