Samsung galaxy s3 mini stuck trying to reboot?

yesterday it started rebooting when i would get to go into anything on my phone and would get stuck at the verizon logo and i'd have to pull the battery and restart it then it would come on. Sometimes it would let use the apps, or would say unfortunately this app has stopped or would reboot and get frozen again. Now today it wont get past the reboot it keeps rebooting until it get stuck on either the samsung logo, verizon logo, or a black screen with only the blue light in the corner showing. How do i fix it? Tried leaving the battery out for awhile and holding the power button down with the battery out and wiping the cache partition.
