Hi, I recently bought a Bike console, Bike mount for my samsung galaxy 6. I'm having difficulty getting my phone to charge inside the console. When I plug my phone charger into the console my phone shows it is charging. As soon as I unplug my phone charger the charge stops.
Was wondering if there is anywhere online I can find clear instructions on how to use the console? The installation guide that is on the box is hard to follow and unclear.
