How to get into locked Note 5 without factory reset?

I set up my Samsung Galaxy Note 5 with a fingerprint as the password, and it was working great until my phone died, and when I turned it on it said that it needed the password to unlock for the first time after a reboot. However, I have forgotten the backup password. I need a way to get it to the phone WITHOUT loosing data. I can't use Find My Mobile because remote control is not on in the phone, and Android Device Manager doesn't work either. The phone is running Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow.
Added (1). Also USB Debugging or Developer Mode is not enabled
Added (2). Also, if someone knows how to make it so you don't have to wait so long when you enter a wrong password, that will also work. If I had unlimited tries then I could probably figure it out.
