I have a Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime. My phone was just sitting on the counter when I hear it ring. I look at who's calling and it says my dad and shows the number just like it usually would. However, my dad's phone was not calling me because he was right there and not using it, even opening his phone to see if it was calling me. It wasn't. But MY phone still said "incoming call". I couldn't swipe to answer or reject the call so I had to turn it off and on again and since then it's been fine. What could have caused this? My phone doesn't typically act up.
