Can i get hot spot on my Galaxy S7 Edge on At&t unlimited plan?

So I got the unlimited plan on At&t not knowing there was a big catch. I thought I was going to be able to hot spot my data to any device with unlimited data turns out I cant. With their unlimited plan there is a catch I'm not allowed to tether or hot spot. I've had this issue before many years ago but in that case I had ano iPhone I jailbreak and downloaded a 3rd party app to allow me to create my own hotspot. I was wondering if I could do the same with my Galaxy s7 Edge. Iso it possible to do so if I root my phone and how? I read that it's not possible to root these phones yet but when possible is there a way to do it like I did with my iphone?
