I have a Samsung Galaxy s3 which I use as my secondary phone, but for some reason I can see a screenshot in the background of everything I do. I've tried rebooting the phone to factory settings and have even used a new launcher to see if that would fix it. Sadly it didn't. I really want to remove this, but can't find anything referencing a similar problem online:c help!
I can identify that the screenshot is of a messaging app called "palringo", as I can see the keyboard and part of the logo in the top corner. Though that app, and all others were removed when I reset the phone
