Hello guys,
i have a galaxy s6 from metropcs,great phone no complaints, but i had it replaced when it got stolen, i had insurance, the one they sent seems to be refurbished, i was wondering if i can request a new one, what is the history of refurb phones? Are they good? They say they dont guarantee nee devices and im quite disappointed. Maybe its just the FEELING of having a refurb phone that somebody once broke or wasnt working right. Dooes samsung do a good job refurbing phones?
