i have an at&t samsung galaxy s4 but im on metro pcs and i am not able to send messages, and i receive messages hours after they had initially sent them, however i can receive and send calls, ive checked my message center number and it is correct, i have no idea what is going on, anyone with answers to fix my problem i would really appreciate it
