My phone doesn t function anymore how do I get stuff saved in there out?

So I had a galaxy s4 and for some reason it would say sim card not detected randomly, after a while it just turned off on its own and eventually turned off but never turned back on. There are pictures that were in that phone, documents, videos, presentations, etc. I was wondering if there was a way to get the stuff from that phone out. If there isn t, I really appreciate it, but if anyone knows a way to get the stored things out I d really appreciate it as well, whether it is to take the phone apart or anything I would really appreciate the help.
