Ok there is nothing wrong with my phone except for the fact that I cant make outgoing calls. I can receive calls and do just about everything else but I cant make calls. I have played around in the settings and all that but literally nothing works. Why is it doing this and how can I fix the problem?
Added (1). I did however download an app to let me make calls but I still want my phone fixed and I dont know how to fix it.
Added (2). It can receive calls. I hit the call button and after that it doesnt do anything.
