How to jailbreak a Samsung Tab E from it s Verizon account?

I recently purchased a Samsung Tab E from someone in a "buy/sell/trade" group on Facebook. Once I got home with it I discovered that it was connected to their Verizon account. Verizon told me the previous owner would have to release liability of it and I would have to call and assume liability. The previous owner has not responded to me since the exchange.

I need to know if there is a way to "break" or "unlock" "jailbreak". Whatever. The tablet so I can actually use it.

I cannot get anywhere with it. When I turn it on, it asks for the previous owner s email address and won t let me get anywhere beyond that point.

Any help is appreciated.
