so I just have updated my Samsung galaxy s4 now the problem is that I cannot get into my phone "Constant boot loops" I cannot even get into factory reset from the time I try to get in it and it displays the different options it restarts again and over and over I have removed my sim card and memory card and same problem I am not thinking of flashing as yet because I don't want to risk flashing a phone and it keeps restarting I don't know wtf this update did if someone can tell me any solutions would be good please
