I have had my galaxy S4 for what's been 2 years now, and I have not have a problem, except for now. I don't want everyone around me to see a preview of my incoming messages, and I tried to uncheck the "Preview Message" box in the text message settings, but one I tap on the back button, it somehow checks itself again. Is there a way to disable the preview message permanently or do I have to factory reset my phone?
