I have a problem, when someone uses the computer i have nothing to do?!

I have a problem, when someone uses the computer i have nothing to do?!
Added (1). This happens every day because i dont have a laptop or computer, i have a bad Samsung phone, cracked, doesnt have Wi-Fi and i cant access the internet through the phone! I had a tablet, Prestigio PMP3007 (you can look it up Google), and a cracked Samsung Galaxy S2 Mini! (you also can look this up) Now i got back with Samsung Tocco Lite, then i accidentaly poured the screen then it started malfunctioning (saying its plugged in a computer, screen blinking, random power off). What to do? Please help!
Added (2). Plus - I forgot to tell you about that other cracked phone, Samsung La Fleur, its a girls phone, very sh1tty, very old. Sachet - Sometimes im too awake to sleep, too lazy to read, Dont have a MP3 player or music in my phone.
Ann - I have nothing to do outside, sometimes it is cold or dark.

Jim - I live in a apartment and i dont have to do anything there.
