Seemed fine, then wouldn't turn off, couldn't get anything. It's just… On, and kind of…
frozen.
Had it about 4 months, and certainly must take it back.
But whatever could cause this?
Couldn't shut it down, nothing.
So now it's on, and the store isn't open for hours, and surely the battery will just quit.
Nothing I can do it seems.
Anyone have this happen?
