I'm looking to buy my very first smartphone, but I'm not unfamiliar with smartphones. I've used them before, and so the ease of use isn't really an issue for me. I'm just wondering which phone is better--Samsung Galaxy Core Prime or Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini? I want a phone that's able to use Skype really well. Are they pretty much the same phone or are they different? What makes them different?
