Is 1.2 Ghz good enough for an android device?

I've been searching the web for a good android device and the one i seem to like has a quad core Cpu at 1.2 Ghz. Being a phone noob, i have no idea if that's ok. Im getting it so i can listen to music, watch youtube videos, play games (such as subway surf, temple run 2 etc.) and of course:P talk with people. And, i wanna do those things without the phone lagging.

What do you think? By the way, im talking about the Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime =]

Oh, and if you ever used this device, is there anything i should know? Any issues, anything that's particularly good or bad?
