How to hide an application on android?

I need help on hiding applications on android as if it was not installed. Here are the conditions I need:

a. Hidden from the main menu or desktop or whatever its called
b. Hidden from the application manager in settings

I need the app to be extremely hidden. The default hide app option on android or applications on playstore that does the same is not what i need as they can easily be accessed and show the hidden apps unless they could also hide themselves and can be accessed only by doing certain things. And even if it manages to hide the icon, the app can still be seen on application manager in settings.

My phone is a samsung gt-i9082 running on android 4.1.2 and is rooted. If above conditions are not possible, then you can give me an alternate solutions? I really need to hide the app from someone as we are sharing the device. Much appreciated.
