I bought a Samsung Galaxy core prime offline and got it and turned it on and was going through the set up when it said " this device is locked because of an abnormal factory reset. Sign into the Samsung account that you have already signed in to on this device to confirm that it belongs to you." Dont say return it I ve tried and I can t. I ve also googled it too and I can t find a video or a solution for this phone. If anyone can help me out thanks
